The historic neighborhood tradition is back at Latrobe Park on September 12 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM! Sponsored by the Locust Point Civic Association (LPCA), this annual celebration dates back to the 1970s and brings thousands of neighbors together for an unforgettable day of fun, food, and community support.
